You have 3 days left to sell popcorn!!! Here’s what you need to know for us to wrap up this fundraiser:
ORDER FORMS MUST BE TURNED IN TO THE PACK
Date – Monday, October 21st
Where – Shades Cahaba Elementary School – the EDP entrance. Look around the parking lot for the person taking up money
Time – the Popcorn Kernel (or one of her assistants) will be there from 3:00 – 6:00 PM
- the Order Form with a NAME on it (make a copy to keep for yourself);
- ALL the MONEY for ALL the popcorn that you sold (make checks payable to Pack 95);
- your Scout’s choice of a Trail’s End prize (if he qualifies for one), which can be written on a small line at the bottom right of the order form.
If you can’t get to the school on Monday, please contact me, Anne Lynn Langloh (firstname.lastname@example.org or 205-504-0911), and I’ll make arrangements to get your form and money from you.
POPCORN DELIVERY IS NOVEMBER 16th
You can come to the Scout Hut that Saturday morning and pick up your popcorn. If that date doesn’t work for you, we will, of course, make arrangements to get your popcorn to you!
